We are not liable for: Circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, customs delays, etc. Indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit, income, or business opportunity. Loss or damage resulting from improper packaging or labeling by the sender.

User Obligations

As a user of our services, you are obligated to: Ensure that all items you send comply with our terms and applicable laws. Properly package items to prevent damage during transit. Pay any customs duties or taxes required for international shipments. Promptly inform us of any changes to your contact information or shipment details.

Payment and Fees

Payment for our services must be made in accordance with the following terms: Fees are calculated based on shipment weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service level. Payment is due at the time of service unless a credit account has been established with Baxbu.
